We'll connect you with a Member Advocate who will assist the member whether they are buying or selling their home. The program provides great discounts including a 20% rebate on the assigned real estate agent's commission.

• Highly-Qualified Real Estate Professional - Members have their choice of top-tiered real estate experts in their area. Each expert has satisfied a strict criteria to ensure you are working with the very best in service and performance when it comes to buying and selling your home.
• Ancillary Services and Discounts -

  • Discounted Temporary Housing Assistance - Member Advocates can assist with temporary housing solutions should you need accommodations before your new home is ready.
  • Homebuyer Privileges Program - After closing, you will receive discounts from retailers such as Lowe's, Bed Bath & Beyond, art.com and more through our special discount program.
